Brassie is a vibrant and lively 18-month-old female Border Collie mix who is finally getting to experience the joys of freedom after spending her early life on a chain. Now that she’s with us, she’s making the most of every moment, and her enthusiasm is absolutely contagious!

Brassie is full of energy and absolutely loves to play, especially when it comes to chasing after balls. Whether it’s a game of fetch or just a run around the yard, she’s always ready for action. Her playful spirit is matched by her friendly nature—she’s super social and loves being around people and other dogs.

Because of her high energy levels and boisterous personality, Brassie can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for smaller children. Her excitement and enthusiasm might lead to toddlers getting knocked over in the midst of her joyful antics, so a home with older children or adults who can handle her energy would be ideal.

Brassie is good with other dogs, especially males that are smaller than she is. She gets along well with her canine friends, but due to her spirited nature, she thrives best when paired with dogs that can keep up with her playful demeanor.

One of Brassie’s absolute favorite things in the world is water! Whether it’s splashing in a pool or playing in a sprinkler, Brassie is in her element when there’s water involved. Her love for water adds an extra layer of fun to her already playful personality.

Brassie is currently enjoying life to the fullest at our facility in Centurion, but she’s ready to find her forever home where she can continue to explore, play, and bring endless joy to her new family.
